About Don

Originally from the Detroit area, Don moved to Miami Beach in 1995 and then to Southwest Florida in 2001. Here, he became the first associate to join Nardi Realty (now Paradise Homes) when Robert Nardi opened the brokerage in 2007.

In addition to being licensed since 2003, Don is a certified Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), trained in buying, selling, and management of properties for investment, retirement, or second home in resort destinations such as Naples.

Don is also a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), with experience and qualifications to assist the 50-plus market in housing sales and purchases. He has deep knowledge to help his clients transition to various senior housing options whether empty nesters now downsizing or transitioning to active adult communities focused on the golden retirement years. Don understands the emotional demands and stress a move can have on a 50-plus client and seeks to minimize them with patience and communication throughout the process.
