Meet Nardi Realty associate Stephanie Spooner. Originally born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, Stephanie has been a Naples resident for 28 years and a top producer at Nardi Realty since its inception in 2007. Stephanie truly enjoys helping buyers, sellers, renters and investors alike to find or sell the home that best matches their needs and desires.
Her passion for real estate comes from a genuine desire to help others. She enjoys assisting clients in making what may be the biggest purchase of their lives, assuring they feel comfortable throughout the process. “Having happy, returning customers year after year makes the demands of the job all worthwhile,” says Stephanie. Stephanie emphasizes the importance of educating clients on current market conditions and stays knowledgeable and up to date on mortgage rates, types of loans available, and where the market is headed.
Stephanie and her husband enjoy travel and try to do so any chance they get. They love visiting national parks, visiting far away locales while immersing themselves in different cultures, roaming cities and museums, enjoying local markets, trying new cuisines. She also loves photography, and she is an avid reader.
When asked how to describe real estate as a career, Stephanie says this: “Dedication is key. Real estate can be long hours with no weekends or holidays to yourself. You also must be a people person, detail oriented and highly organized. Many people have the notion that real estate is easy and glamorous, thanks to all those TV shows, but it couldn't be further from the truth. However, it is worth it in the long run, as it can be very rewarding.”
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer/ Business from Florida State University. She is a licensed Realtor® and a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, and the Naples Area Board of Realtors®.
