Ken Hackett is one of our exceptional team members at Nardi Realty. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, Ken made the move to Florida eight years ago. His passion for real estate was ignited at a young age as he listened to his uncles, who were builders and brokers, discussing their work. Inspired by their stories, Ken embarked on a career in the industry.
In addition to investing in residential and commercial real estate, Ken also worked in newspapers, beginning in the circulation department for the Oakland Tribune, Oakland, California, and then for the New York Times as a VP for the Times’ National Edition.
As a sales associate with Nardi Realty, Ken plans to spend time on residential and commercial real estate. Particularly on a recently purchased 9-acre parcel in East Naples that he made with his developer partners. The plan is to build 33 luxury auto condos beginning in the fourth quarter of 2023, plus commercial mixed-use on the remaining land.
When it comes to managing work-life balance, Ken relies on staying organized and creating lists to prioritize tasks. This allows him to maintain a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life.
We are delighted to have Ken as part of the Nardi Realty team. His passion for real estate and commitment to client satisfaction makes him an invaluable asset. Whether you’re buying or selling, Ken is ready to provide you with expert guidance and support throughout your real estate journey.
