About James

Born in Naples and growing up in SW Florida before residing in multiple different parts of the United States, James has over 19 years of residential and commercial real estate experience in multiple market areas. Having been a licensed real estate salesperson and/or broker in Florida, Wisconsin and Illinois.

Upon high school graduation he entered the United States Marine Corps. After 5 years of decorated service and an honorable discharge James returned to where he grew up to attend college at Edison State University in SW Florida. While in school he also gained his real estate license and started his real estate career working in the luxury residential market areas of Naples and Bonita Springs. Shortly thereafter along with two other partners, James started a boutique commercial real estate and development company focused on mixed use projects across SW Florida. However, with the drive to expand his horizons and live in different parts of the United States, James then found himself in Green Bay, Wisconsin where he continued to work in the real estate industry focusing on residential and recreational properties in the northern Wisconsin markets. During this time James also worked with Jeanes Development in the greater Chicagoland area as director of residential and commercial development, focusing on luxury residential. More recently James was a Vice President for one of the largest public Real Estate Investment Trust in the United State, residing in Colorado and Michigan as well.

Coming back to SW Florida to spend more time with family, James is excited to utilize his diverse experience to provide a single point of access for all your real estate needs. Valuing relationships over all else, the true real estate experience are the connections James makes with each and every client he works with.

James is an avid outdoors person who loves to spend time on the water, biking trail and has special love for skiing.  He has 3 children (2 boys and 1 girl). His time not working with his valued partners is dedicated to his children and spending time in nature.
