About Corine

Rental Operations Manager

Corine McFerrin works as the Operations Manager at Team One Source. Originally from central Florida, Corine moved to Naples in 2013 and joined Nardi Realty later that same year. She acquired a position as an assistant for the rental division through mutual friends of the team and was quickly inspired to pursue her real estate license. Corine enjoys the challenges that come with the job and even more so enjoys finding the solutions that best fit the needs of her renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers.

“No two days are the same when it comes to property management. The variety offers new opportunities to overcome challenges, ultimately providing insights that continuously help us to improve our practice,” says Corine. “There are no problems here, only solutions,” is Corine’s motto.

With over 300 short- and long-term rentals to manage and thousands of clients served to date, Corine is a jack of all trades. She is well versed in sales, rentals, property management and is a self-proclaimed “queen” when it comes to contract agreements. Corine may have been a lawyer in another life with her ability to think critically and understand thoroughly the various aspects of real estate agreements, but her passion can really be found in working with her clients directly. “I’m a people person and it brings me great pleasure helping my clients find the home that suits their lifestyle and budget.&rdquo
